Vessel Operations

TA Bulk Carriers (“TABC”), a division of Transammonia AG, commenced operations in January 2010 and has established itself as a recognized time charter operator with a fleet of 15 to 20 bulk carriers which trade worldwide. TABC’s primary focus is on the handysize market (typically from 25,000 to 35,000 tonnes deadweight) servicing the Atlantic basin.

During 2010, TABC transported approximately 2.9 million metric tons of cargo, mainly fertilizers and grains. TABC intends to expand its operations with continued focus on delivering high quality reliable service to support and benefit its clients worldwide.
